Do the Keyboard Controls change the game?

Hi! Just updated the One More Button demo with a few bug fixes and keyboard support. In addition, I added a new custom cursor, as well as hover animations for the buttons.

Use WASD or arrows to control the player, but only if the button is available on the screen. A list of the shortcuts can now be viewed in the pause menu.

I like having the keyboard controls available. Minor comments: 1) for people who are playing for the first time, if they press a key where no button is available to make that movement, it might be nice to have a popup message say smth like "No ^ button in play" with a buzzer sound so the game's central mechanic becomes clear immediately, and 2) would recommend having the keyboard work in the level select screen too so you don't have to alternate back and forth with the mouse.

That's great feedback. Thanks!

I actually bothered to, and ye, feels preety nice! There were some tiny random glitches, like charater going a bit too far sometimes or once the level quit me out when I mashed shiftr, but that's like, edge cases or whatever computer people call those/

The pause menu finally serves a purpuse now, one not replaceable by just an exi button, and that's to tell you the pink button hotkeys, since the description of the game only states the yellow ones. Took a minute to get used to it being shift and whatver button, but the gimick took aminute to get used to the first time anyway.

Other than that, the //secret room// might be way harder to find now, since there are no hotkeys for the ///secret buttons// - understandably, since stating them would ruin the puzzle, and not stating them would make having them pointless. Hell, maybe they are there and I just missed'em! But yeah, with keyboard, ya have a limited number of inputs that are more limited by what's on screen, but with clicking the screen, you can feel that whatever is on screen is yours to fuck around with, and that's the only limitation. So that might be a bit stranger.

Hey, thanks for trying it out!

Really good point about the limited inputs. I do imagine some players will play with WASD for movement and mouse for the rest. Maybe that's the best way to play.
